The key to successful design build is a thorough understanding amongst all parties of major project goals and objectives. During this critical early planning phase, the Design Electric design build team proactively works with clients to identify all critical path areas, resource demands, potential trouble spots and the overall game plan. A dedicated Design Electric execution team is assembled at this time, according to project requirements. This may include CAD operators, project managers, superintendents, foremen, electricians, purchasing agents, material expeditor and engineers.
